Four miles of public trails officially opened this morning as Mayor Chris Hamm cut the yellow ribbon and was followed by close to 100 people thru the Sea Summit Trail System. The system will tie in the community to the San Clemente Beach Trail on the southern end and the El Camino Real Trail system to the North.
