The Smart Fit Method opened in January of this year at 223 Avenida Del Mar. This franchise is expanding and growing in popularity. There are four other studios in San Diego County and two more in Costa Mesa and Yorba Linda. This is a chance for San Clemente residents to check out this high-tech exercise phenomenon that shatters aging stereotypes and builds bone, muscle, and great posture. 

San Clemente’s most advanced longevity fitness studio is not like a regular gym with free weights, treadmills, and over-used equipment. With just three twenty-minute sessions per week, one can successfully improve and transform body composition and overall metabolic health. Guided by in-studio personal trainers, this system utilizes exercise robotics and Artificial Intelligence (AI) for smooth and focused strength training exercises while mitigating the risk of injury.

According to Dan Peck, Manager/Certified Personal Trainer, the low-impact workouts are perfect for anyone who has trouble maintaining an effective strength training regimen. It has been especially beneficial to a somewhat older clientele who have a higher risk of injury. When acknowledging that the makeup of the participants is predominantly women, Dan noted, “The husbands are seeing the results and are beginning to come in now.”

Before the initial workout sessions begin, a full biometric body scan is done to map body fat percentage, muscle mass, body measurements, and postural alignment. Reports are regularly sent to the Smart Fit Method App to track progress.

This method relies on three workout machines: The Adaptive Resistance Machine (APX) is a full-body 20-minute session using exercises aimed to incorporate the most muscle groups and to keep the body well-rounded in strength for everyday life. This machine adapts to the client in real time to match one’s full level of strength. The computer software also keeps data from the previous workout to track progress.
The Smart Cold HIIT Machine is a low-impact, seated elliptical that incorporates cooling and compression technology to boost strength training in a short 21-minute, high-intensity interval session. 

The Smart Carol Bike is all about fat burn. The wonder cycle utilizes AI to provide users with the perfect amount of resistance while training in zone 2 (180 minus your age=BPM). With access to 90% oxygen while training, clients can expect improved cognition of up to 20% for 3-4 days after just one 20-minute ride.  

Before and after every workout, Bio Charger-Smart Charge, that replicates nature’s vital energies to enhance cellular function, is available for a reinvigorating opportunity. The friendly certified personal trainers are always on the floor to help a member set up each session. Satisfied testimonials include a 50-year-old woman who had a frozen shoulder for a year and after five months of strength training, it’s gone.
