Vegetarian Dishes for the Holidays Cooking Class

at The Ecology Center

Our Farm to Fork adult series of cooking classes teach you how to prepare dishes using seasonal produce you would find at your local farmer's market or growing in your backyard! We'll begin with a sensory exploration of The Ecology Center’s orchard, veggie and herb gardens, prepare delicious dishes together, and end with the enjoyment of a meal. Join Us in this hands on cooking class to learn how to utilize the rich flavors of fall and winter ingredients and create delicious, fresh food.
