This all-day free seminar is designed to help new and existing nonprofits be successful. Topics include: sales and use tax for nonprofits, compliance for exempt organizations, employment taxes, property tax exemptions, and regulation of charities. Representatives from the Board of Equalization, Employment Development Department, Franchise Tax Board, and the Office of the California Attorney General, will conduct presentations and answer questions.
