Sustainable Quick Lunches

Experience a hands-on cooking class for adults, starting with harvesting fresh, in season ingredients in the garden and ending with a farm-to-table meal.

Our Farm to Fork adult series of cooking classes teaches you how to prepare dishes using seasonal produce you would find at your local farmer’s market or growing in your backyard! We’ll begin with a sensory exploration of The Ecology Center’s orchard, veggie and herb gardens, and end with the preparation and enjoyment of a meal. Join us for this hands on cooking class to learn how to create fresh, delicious, and sustainable lunches just in time for back to school.
