Cooking Class: Packing and Planning a Seasonal Lunch
Our farm to fork adult cooking classes teach you how to prepare dishes using seasonal produce found at your local farmer's market or grown in your own backyard. We'll begin with a sensory exploration of The Ecology Center’s orchard, veggie, and herb gardens, and end with the preparation and enjoyment of a meal together. Join us for this hands-on cooking class to learn how to create fresh, delicious, and sustainable lunches for school, work, or a day at home.
