Fall Flavors Cooking Class

at The Ecology Center

Our Farm to Fork adult series of cooking classes teaches you how to prepare dishes using seasonal produce you would find at your local farmer's market or growing in your backyard! We'll begin with a sensory exploration of The Ecology Center’s orchard, veggie and herb gardens, and end with the preparation and enjoyment of a meal. Join us in this hands on cooking class to learn how to utilize the rich flavors of the fall and create delicious, fresh food. Menu to come!
