Join us in celebrating the essence of spring and savor the rich bounty of colors, flavors and textures of our region's finest foods.

Take a stroll of The Ecology Center and take in the sights of our 100 year old farmhouse, green gardens, farm fields, and lush rolling hills, while tasting a variety of gourmet dishes prepared using only local ingredients by OC's best chefs. Each bite will take you back to the roots of making good food, from the farms where the vegetables are grown, the vineyards where grapes are pressed, the sea where fish are caught, to the chefs who skillfully meld these ingredients together to create a delicious dish. Once you've tasted all the dishes, the most challenging part will be to determine the chef who best highlights our region's flavors!

The Ecology Center is a non-profit educational center that teaches hands-on environmental solutions at the household and community scale. Your participation supports our programs and our mission to inspire and create a healthy and sustainable future for all.

Tickets available on our website are $65. The proceeds support our non-profit eco-educational programs.
