Community Outreach Alliance (COA) in partnership with nonprofit Waymakers and South County Collective Impact Partners, are hosting an educational video project to create a safe space for youth while practicing social distancing and staying above the influence with healthy alternative activities. The series features youth instructors teaching peers on healthy alternative activities and guest speakers on health prevention education. The youth instructors teach a large variety of classes ranging from cooking, ukulele, guitar, improv, gaming, fitness, art, book club, and more. Join the education session featuring Comedian and America’s Got Talent finalist, Adam Grabowski, to discuss mental health and alcohol and drug awareness and prevention. Grabowski has performed professionally for over 10 years. He is not only a hilarious entertainer, he's also a comedian with a purpose. As a passionate mental health and substance use prevention advocate, Grabowski speaks to thousands of people on the importance of having healthy coping skills to live a fun, drug-free life.
