Vanguard University in partnership with The Values Institute is presenting cutting-edge research and practical case studies of companies and not-for-profits that achieved success by developing talent and facilitating engagement in the workplace during the 2018 Creating Healthy Organizations Conference: Managing Well.

During the two-day conference, academics and practitioners from around the world including France, Canada, and Bolivia, will dive into topics such as values underlying healthy organizations, healing toxic workplaces, relational leadership, acquiring and developing talent, creating inclusive environments, mental health in the workplace and more.

Professionals and students attending the conference will have the opportunity to learn from experts in big business, small business, and not-for-profit management, while participating in hands-on workshops. Participants will network and explore examples of showcased organizations that achieve maximum productivity while supporting employee well-being. In conjunction with the conference, Healthy Organizations Awards breakfast will be held Friday, October 12, 7:30 am-9 am, honoring Schools First Credit Union, Rancho Santiago Community College District, New American Funding, and Hoag Memorial Hospital for their commitment to creating and sustaining a positive work environment.
