Ordered three 1 oz candles. All w/different scents. each candle $4.50. did not receive a confirmation after the order was placed. emailed company they emailed back telling me to expect a confirmation email. after 2 days still didn't receive a confirmation. Finally the 4th day I emailed the owner Brett again asking for the order confirmatiom and the tracking number. he replied " check your spam the confirmation was coming from paypal. I didn't use paypal to pay and had notreceived anything from them. WHY HE COULD TELL ME THE CONFIRMATION WAS COMING FROM PAYPAL INITIALLY, I DIDN'T UNDERSTAND? FINALLY ON THE 5 TH DAY i RECEIVED A EMAIL WITH ONLY A TRACKING # ATTACHED THAT SAID IT WOULD BE DELIVERED TODAY!!! I receive the order and it's incorrect. I emailed Brett letting him know that he shipped the wrong candles,two of the same and the other the one I ordered. Even the invoice had my correct order but that was not what was shipped. So i emailed Brett once again and he replied " I personally backed your order", "send me a pic of the 3 candles to show you received an incorrect order" I emailed asking for a cell # so i can text a pic. left voicemail and sent emails and to this day never received a reply from BRETT the owner. these are $4.50 candles and the owner puts the oenous on me?
