The big winner was Carlos Buenrostro, Jr., who won the - 40 Year Award Recipient and Employee of the Year Award! Carlos works at the Municipal Golf Course. He is a Vietnam veteran with a purple heart. When serving as a Marine at Camp Pendleton, he met his wife and never left.
